2013

Humble Beginnings

In 2013, we started with a small team of 2 and a network of 57 outsourced professionals, offering specialized staff outsourcing services.

2014

Expanding Horizons

From our initial office at Sema Plaza in 2014, we’ve strategically relocated to NextGen Mall in 2019 and our current prestigious location at Muthithi Place in 2024.

Diversifying Services

Beyond our core staff outsourcing services, we’ve expanded our offerings to include executive recruitment, interim recruitment, managed services, and work permit processing.

Scaling Up

Fast forward to 2024, and we’ve grown exponentially, boasting a dedicated internal team of 40 and a vast network of over 1,570 outsourced experts.

Global Reach

In 2024, we’ve taken significant strides towards regional expansion with the establishment of CMTI and Altima Talent in Tanzania, empowering us to serve a wider clientele across borders.

A Growing Client Base
